Service Description
This two-hour workshop is an extended Yoga sequence designed to detoxify the whole body by focusing on twisting postures, cleansing breath work and fluid movement. Holding deep twists will give plenty of time for the poses to work their magic on the physical body but also to allow time and space for the mind to unwind. We will also work with gentle inversions to invigorate the circulation to the upper body and revitalise after the delights of the festive season - which we have all enjoyed! The workshop will conclude with restorative poses, deep relaxation and Sound Healing. Take away your complimentary Energising Gift Bag! A great way to bring in your new year with perfect balance!

Cancellation Policy
For Yoga & Pilates Weekly Classes: Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class time on the 'My Bookings' section of the website. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the class start time must be made directly with Aneliese - 07809870052 - If the class space can be filled with another person then you will be able to re-schedule or your 8 class pass will credited 1 class. Refunds will not be given for classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice - where the class space is not taken by another person. For Workshops: Yoga Workshops booked in advance, such as Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Sound Baths etc refunds cannot be given once booked - unless your place on the workshop can be filled.
